The BARN – BRIGGSDALE, CO – July 14, 2020 – The Colorado Agricultural Development Authority (CADA) loan program is known as the Beginning Farmer Program. It’s a program that involves a three-way transaction between the lender, the borrower and CADA.

  • $52,000,000 in bonds to assist over 350 beginning farmers.
  • $15,000,000 in bonds to help establish four agricultural processing facilities in Colorado
  • $20,500,000 for four agricultural sewage facility bonds totaling $20.5 million.
