Toby Basore from the largest lettuce farm east of the Mississippi River, Sean Gilbert from an apple/cherry/stone fruit operation in Washington and Savannah Gillis Turner from a diversified onion and green chile farm in New Mexico shared their insights into the challenges presented by the COVID-19 pandemic. They discussed labor and market issues, along with their plans for the future.
