Keller Law, LLC represents farmers, ranchers, mineral and royalty owners, and rural landowners with an emphasis on farm and ranch estate, succession planning, and oil, gas, and wind issues. Additionally, Keller Law, LLC focuses on wills, trusts, estates/probates, conservation easements, water rights, and real estate transactions. The founder and manager of the firm, Jenna H. Keller, grew up on a wheat farm in northeastern Colorado and then received her law degree from University of Wyoming’s College of Law graduating Order of the Coif. Outside of work, Jenna volunteers her time as a board member for the Community Agriculture Alliance, is a member of the Colorado FFA Foundation Board, and occasionally can be found assisting on her family’s farm operation in northeastern Colorado. Together with the Nebraska Legal Aid and Colorado Agri-Women, Jenna Keller is facilitating estate planning meetings throughout the state. This is the first of two workshops to help attendees create an estate plan.

Saturday, April 22 Annual Meeting and Education – 9 AM to 3 PM

Rep. Kimmi Lewis will be the keynote speaker at the 2017 CAW annual meting. Kimmi Clark Lewis was raised with her three older sisters on a cattle ranch located in southeast Colorado, approximately halfway between Kim and La Junta, Colorado. Growing up on a working cattle ranch, Kimmi learned the meaning of hard work at a young age. In 1992, Kimmi and her late husband, Dave Lewis, purchased the Ranch from her father. Kimmi continues to privately own and operate Muddy Valley Ranch today, raising USA beef! Kimmi has devoted substantial time and money advocating for agriculture and private property rights. She was elected to represent Colorado House District 64 in 2016 election. Kimmi will refresh our memories on the process of passing laws and advise members on how to use our voices to be a force for agriculture at the state level. Lunch will be provided by CAW followed by the CAW business meeting, and door prize drawings.
