DENVER — Monday, November 7, 2016 — Lt. Governor Donna Lynne today announced that she will continue her statewide tour next week through the beginning of 2017. The tour focuses on the “customer experience,” and how residents engage with government across many different services and locations in the state.

The tour supports Lynne’s efforts in her role as Chief Operating Officer to bring more efficiency and effectiveness to government. During the first leg of the statewide tour this past summer, Lt. Gov. Lynne visited 30 sites in 17 counties, in addition to 22 stops in other counties since May. Members of Gov. John Hickenlooper’s cabinet, senior staff and other elected officials will join the Lieutenant Governor at various stops throughout the tour.

Lt. Gov. Lynne will visit various State facilities for the following departments:

  • Department of Agriculture

  • Office of Economic Development and International Trade

  • Department of Health Care Policy and Financing

  • Department of Natural Resources

  • Department of Public Health and Environment

  • Department of Local Affairs

  • Department of Revenue

  • Office of Information Technology

Lt. Gov. Lynne will visit the following counties:

  • November 15, 2016: Chaffee, Saguache, Conejos and Costilla Counties

  • November 18, 2016: Gilpin and Clear Creek Counties

  • November 23, 2016: Baca, Las Animas and Huerfano Counties

  • December 14, 2016: Sedgwick, Yuma, Logan, Washington and Cheyenne Counties

  • January 11, 2017: San Miguel, Ouray, San Juan and Archuleta Counties

  • January 13, 2017: Grand and Jackson Counties
