Focused on farm to table food industry consulting, David Collie has worked in the food industry for twenty years. For the last eleven years, he’s consulted in the Colorado and Rocky Mountain region calling on retailers and foodservice professionals. David has networked with organizations and industry affiliates in fifteen states and takes pride in the work he does. New product development, and food service consulting are passionate area for David. David is currently on the American Culinary Federation Colorado Chef’s Association educational board.
David has been instrumental in coordinating outreach events and campaigns for Colorado Egg Producers, American Egg Board, and Colorado Agriculture Council. He has held various leadership positions with the Colorado Livestock Care Coalition, American Egg Board, and Colorado Egg Producers. Through each position, David strives to educate Americans about farmers’ commitment to doing what is right for the land, farm animals, the environment and their communities. Agriculture and the food industry are some of the top revenue generators for the state of Colorado, and David is proud to be involved in those industries.
