CHEYENNE, Wyo. – The public can watch the State of the State address live online next week. Governor Matt Mead will deliver the State of the State address to a Joint Session of the Wyoming Senate and House of Representatives on January 9th at 10:00 a.m. The speech and the State of the Judiciary will stream live at governor.wy.gov.
“I continue to support efforts to increase access to broadband connectivity. It creates opportunities for tele-education, tele-health and tele-commuting and as we have seen over the last two years it also increases transparency and access to government,” Governor Mead said.
The public can listen to debate throughout the legislative session using a live stream available at http://legisweb.state.wy.us.
Media outlets wishing to carry the live video stream of the State of the State can contact Governor Mead’s communications director.
